Book Signing, November 6
One more bookstore event on the docket. If you're in the area and can come by to say hello, it would be great to see you. (And the bookstore would appreciate your patronage.)
Barnes & Noble, Grossmont Center, La Mesa, CA
Wednesday, Nov. 6, 6:30 p.m.
5500 Grossmont Ctr Dr., Suite 331
La Mesa, CA 91942
This event, co-sponsored by the store and Wigeon Publishing, benefits the Casa de Oro Branch Library and literacy programs.
Also presenting two other titles from Wigeon Publishing:
• Home From The Banks, poems by Arthur Raybold
• Beyond the Spotlight: On the Road With Phyllis Diller
memoir by Robin Skone-Palmer
Arthur and Robin will also speak and sign books.
Thank you to all of you who attended the earlier events. They all turned out well, and the reception for the book has been better than I could have hoped for. Although it has slipped a bit in the rankings, it remains a best seller on Amazon.com and is one of the top-rated books in both Memoir and True Crime.
If you haven't reviewed the book on Amazon.com (or Goodreads or Barnes & Noble or wherever), I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't mind taking a moment to do so. It doesn't need to be long.
I have more photos to post on the website. I apologize for not getting them up sooner, but I'm struggling with my new "smart" phone, which has not been cooperative in the least. (My recommendation: stick with a real camera.) I will let you know when the photos are on the website.
Kindle Matchbook: If you have purchased a print edition of this book from Amazon.com (or buy a new print edition), you can buy the Kindle edition for only $2.99 (Save 57%). Caveat: The print edition purchase must be sold by Amazon.
